Dinner in the Gardens

Fall is here and we're so excited to host the grown ups for dinner again! Join us for a night out at "Dinner in the Gardens." At this long table dinner you will dine on a delicious chef prepared meal, sip wine, mingle with neighbors and relax in the beautiful evening scenery of Spring Creek Gardens all while avoiding the crowds of a usual night on the town. We encourage you to grab your honey or gather your friends. Exact location within the garden center will be weather dependent, but we look forward to "traveling" around the property for each dinner in the series.

September "Dinner in the Gardens"

• Three Course Dinner (Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert)
• Includes $10 Wine Card per Ticket
• 40 People Max ... 18 People Minimum
• Registration closes Monday, September 26th at 8am.
• $70 pp

Menu:

• Appetizer: Basil Marinated and Grilled Peaches (with candied bacon and goat cheese); Slow Braised Brisket Bites (with a sweet chipotle bbq sauce, finished with a sweet pickled onion salad)
• Salad: Grilled Asparagus with Butternut Squash (crumbled feta and a toasted pumpkin seed vinagrette)
• Entree: Braised Chicken Breast (with celery root mashed potatoes, garlic sauteed spinach, baby carrots and a Marsala Demi)
• Dessert: Pumpkin Pie in a Pumpkin (pumpkin pie within the pumpkin with a laced buttered crust over the top)
